Enrollment Policy & Student Conduct Expectations
Last updated: April 2026 — placeholder copy. Final version will be authored in Panda's CMS in Phase 3.
1. Enrollment Agreement
By registering for any Anthem Music Academy course, you agree to the terms outlined in this document. Enrollment is confirmed once payment (or your first installment) is received and a seat is reserved in your name.
2. Payments, Registration Fees, and Tuition
Tuition is due in full or via approved installment plan. A non-refundable registration fee may apply. Late payments incur a flat fee. Refund details are outlined in section 11. All prices are listed at time of enrollment and are subject to change for future cohorts.
3. Attendance, Punctuality, and Make-Ups
Students are expected to attend all scheduled sessions. If you must miss class, notify your instructor at least 24 hours in advance when possible. Make-up sessions are offered subject to availability.
4. Classroom Conduct
Anthem maintains a respectful, focused learning environment. Disruptive, harassing, or discriminatory behavior is grounds for removal without refund.
5. Student Conduct and Privacy Policies
Treat fellow students, instructors, and staff with respect. Do not record or share another student’s work without their consent. See our full Privacy Policy for details on personal data.
6. Respect for Equipment and Studio Space
Anthem operates inside The Grill Studios — a working professional facility. Students are responsible for any damage caused by negligence or unauthorized use of equipment.
7. Equipment Rental Policies
Optional gear rentals are available to enrolled students. Rentals are tracked, and replacement costs apply for items lost or damaged.
8. Conflict Resolution
Disputes should first be raised with the instructor or admissions team. Unresolved issues will be reviewed by the Director.
9. Entitlement to Offerings
Enrollment entitles you to the listed course curriculum, instructor access during scheduled sessions, and use of campus equipment during class. It does not include guaranteed studio time outside of class hours unless explicitly stated.
10. Intellectual Property and Media Consent
You retain ownership of music you create. By enrolling, you grant Anthem permission to photograph and record classroom activities for marketing purposes; you may opt out in writing.
11. No Guarantee of Results and Assumption of Risk
Anthem provides education and resources but cannot guarantee professional outcomes. Studio environments involve normal risks (electrical equipment, loud monitors); students assume these risks.
12. Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Anthem’s liability is limited to the amount of tuition paid for the affected course.
13. Amendments to Policies
We may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be announced via email and reflected on this page.
