Advertising measurement

When someone who clicked one of our Google or Meta ads fills out a form or enrolls, we report it back to that platform so it can measure and improve our ads. To match the report to the right ad click, we may send:

  • Your email address and phone number, and for Meta your first and last name, in hashed form (SHA-256, a one-way code that does not reveal the original).
  • The ad click identifier from the link you arrived on.
  • Your IP address and browser details from the form submission (Meta).
  • Our random visitor ID and our internal record ID, both hashed for Meta.
  • The type of event (sign-up, enrollment, stage in our admissions process) and, for enrollments, the tuition value.

We send these only for our own ad measurement. Google and Meta process them under their own policies.

Your choices

Email privacy@anthemmusicacademy.com to see, correct or delete your information, or to have us stop including your information in ad measurement reports. Unsubscribe from email with the link in any email, and from texts by replying STOP.

How long we keep data

Lead and student records stay while you are in touch with us or enrolled, and afterwards as needed for our records, billing, taxes and legal obligations, or until you ask us to delete them. Website visit records keep IP addresses only in hashed form. Ad and campaign details your browser stores for our forms expire after 90 days.
