From day one, you'll be paired with one of our in-house engineers just like a new assistant or team member.
You'll get hands-on experience running sessions, setting up gear, working with artists, and learning what it's really like to operate inside a commercial studio.
Behind the scenes, you'll also be supported by a dedicated Program Advisor who helps coordinate your mentorship experience and ensures you're getting the most out of every opportunity.

The Anthem Program
The Anthem Program is our flagship long-form education. Over 9 months you take production through advanced mixing courses, and in parallel work side-by-side with our in-house engineers inside The Grill Studios, working real sessions with real clients. By the time you graduate you have a full producer/engineer skill set and the studio reps to actually use it.
